Call quality and reception was great. We never experienced a dropped call and voices were crisp, clear, and offered plenty of volume.

Call quality is excellent—we’re talking land line clear on both incoming and outgoing ends. The phone handles ambient noise well.

Call quality on the HTC DROID Incredible in New York City was stellar.... I didn't experience a dropped call, and callers noted the clarity of which they were able to hear me. Reception was also very good, and the device mostly reported a full four bars of signal in New York City.

Given Android's so-so media players, HTC's apps are an improvement and the FM radio is sweet too.

The music player on the DROID Incredible is solid and better than what is found on a lot of other Android smartphones.... The phone's 1GHz Snapdragon processor was able to handle the video playback without any stuttering at all.

"The Incredible's video player is confusingly part of the photo gallery; I found MPEG4 simple profile videos at up to 640-by-480 resolution played smoothly, but WMV and H.264 videos had varying troubles. Videos played over Bluetooth headsets kept their lip sync, though. There's an FM radio built in if you're living in 1985."

"For music fans, the Incredible has plenty of room for all of your tunes and also features an FM radio. The music player is quite intuitive, and it comes with a few pre-loaded songs from artists you've probably never heard of….There's built-in YouTube application that allows you to view, search, and upload videos."

"I do wish that HTC would have updated the Sense media player. It is slightly prettier than the dull-as-dirt Android player, but I prefer iTunes or Palm's webOS player.
